Launched HDIL Cyber City in Kochi for construction in January 2008. Developable size of 8.00 million sq. ft. with 5.5 million sq. ft. for IT/ITES. Investment size of around Rs.2,000 crores. HDIL enters the Entertainment Sector with 100% subsidiary and launch of First three screens Multiplex in Vasai under the brand name BROADWAY in February 2008. Turnover and Profi tability grew by more than 100 % in 2008 as compared to 2007, maintaining last three years growth of more than 100%. More than 60% increase in land bank as compared to last year, with 87% land reserves in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
